I'm elated with the results of my facial rejuvenation. There's no indications of having had surgery on my face. It all looks so natural. My aim was to remove signs of ageing and weight loss. My eyelids were drooping. I had nasolabial folds and marionette lines. My neck was sagging.  Six weeks after surgery the folds and lines are gone. My eyes are bigger than before and my neck has never been smoother. The definition of my jaw line has returned.

Being squeamish I had tried to avoid surgery for years. When I finally decided to bite the bullet and go ahead with it, I was determined to find a surgeon that I had confidence in and felt comfortable with.  I'm so grateful I made the right choice in choosing Mr Ross.

It's been smooth sailing from the initial enquiry on 11th May 2021 through to today which was my third post operation consultation. I had consulted two other surgeons in Melbourne for this procedure and chose Mr Ross for two reasons. After meeting him, his direct openness and honesty made me feel like I was going to be in safe hands. Secondly, I found his practice manager, Danni, to be genuinely caring and helpful. All of my concerns were addressed and this means a lot to me.

I was very happy with the choice I made in finding Dr Ross to complete my breast procedure, not knowing what to expect when I went to his rooms. Once I met him I appreciated his professional and relaxed manner as we discussed the procedure, I felt confident, informed and excited.
Dr Ross made me feel relaxed and comfortable at the hospital prior to the procedure, and the anesthetist who assisted him.
The ladies in the office were also very friendly and made the appoint process run smoothly.
I'm 57 and feeling fabulous, love the outcome, big thanks to Dr Ross,.

I underwent a breast reduction/lift surgery with Dr. David Ross and I am now 5 weeks post-operation and thrilled with the results of the procedure. I am healing beautifully and have no more back/shoulder pain/marks/lacerations from bra straps and heavy, uncomfortable breasts. I have had large, heavy, asymmetric breasts for 18 years and seeing/feeling the results now makes me extremely happy and confident every single day. My self esteem has been restored. Truly life changing.

I wanted to express my extreme gratitude for all that Dr. Ross has done for me. I appreciate his kindness, patience, knowledge, sense of humour, and above all, his professionalism. I felt supported each time I had a question to ask and every trip to the office I had, I felt heard and had my questions answered prior to the surgery and post.

I went to Dr Ross for a reduction mammaplasty and am very happy with my results, he was professional and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the whole process. His staff were also lovely and very helpful.

I was fortunate to find Dr Ross by accident, from our first appointment I felt confident enough that he was the surgeon that I wanted to perform my operation as it turned out I ended up having five operations done by Dr Ross and they all went to plan I now barely recognise my self, during the follow up visits he was friendly and very helpful with my recovery in fact I owe him a big gratitude as he discovered during the breast procedure that I had Breast Cancer and duly was removed.

The only person that is more grateful to Dr Ross then me is my Husband he can not believe the results of his workmanship.

My big thank you to the administration ladies for there help and assistance.

Well what can l say about Dr Ross he is a amazing surgeon l have been a patient of Dr Ross for 3 years l have had a breast reduction a tummy tuck a arm lift also a leg lift all of my procedures have been successful and he is very caring before and after every procedure l have had l am glad l had Dr Ross as my surgeon. I highly recommend Dr Ross as one of the best Plastic Surgeons his knowledge is outstanding in a lot of different procedures , Also l would say his staff is also great Danni is always helpful and caring , Thank you Dr Ross for all the great surgery s and Changing my life .

I had a chin enhancement operation from David Ross with the anesthetist Dr C. Joseph on the 22 Feb 2011 in The Avenue Hospital, Windsor, Melbourne, Australia.
My expectation was that I would look better, however he made my chin extremely large, and it made me look deformed with an uneven and extremely oversize chin which is also twisted to the right size of my face. I could not move and feel my muscles around my mouth properly, even now. DAVID ROSS RUINED MY FACE AND DESTROYED MY LIFE. My X-Ray showed that David Ross inserted the whole implant on the top and in the middle of the chin. The implant located below my lower lip and way above from the bottom of my chin. It means that the implant IS NOT inserted around my chin. Two weeks after the operation, he told me that he used the artificial bone implant, and that it can not be reversed and the implant has already became part of my bone. If I try to remove it, the chin will fall out. He advised that I should accept the outcome and get used to the oversize chin. (Before the operation, he also suggested that I get a male type larger size. Lucky I didn't take his suggestion, otherwise my face would be much more worse.) Now after 10 years the artificial bone has worn off slightly but my face is still out of balance and looks deformed. This has had a terrible effect on me and I have lost my self esteem. Life was like hell for many years, even now. (I cried every day for a long time). I want to share my experience because MY FACE AND MY LIFE HAS BEEN RUINED BY DAVID ROSS and my experience with David Ross could also happen to you. Please think very carefully before you go to David Ross. For me, David Ross is an unprofessional and heartless person. He was watching me crying in his office, but he refused to fix it. After all he got my money. He even denied that I was his patient even though I still have the records and X-Rays to prove it. Again I cannot believe that he can call himself a cosmetic surgeon.

My experience with Dr David Ross was that he is extremely competent, professional, informative - including benefits and potential risks associated with a breast reduction procedure and general anaesthesia, reassuring and caring. I am so grateful to Dr Ross for his surgical prowess and regular after-care. Thank you also to Danni for her responsiveness, provision of information and gorgeous, caring nature. Recently I had rhinoplasty surgery performed by Dr Ross I had wanted this surgery since being a teenage and being a considerably mature woman was worried I may be met with some cynicism. Dr Ross was totally professional about my wishes not once during a consultation did I leave feeling silly for my age his support staff were equally professional and charming. All details of surgery and cost's were explained and supported in writing which I found reassuring and visually I could not be happier with my new nose
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Ross and his team to anyone considering surgery. 10 out of 10 to the lovely ladies manning the office.
