My family has been with Dr. Orschel for over 25 years. Professional staff who do amazing work. I recently had 2 cavities filled, and Dr. Orschel and his assistant Alla were wonderful and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. My teen kids also had their wisdom teeth out by Dr. Orschel, with Alla assisting, and they all went smoothly. Darlene is a wonderful hygienist, and the office staff are polite and caring. I have recommended Dr. Orschel to neighbours who have been very happy and who have also stayed with him for years.

Alla kept asking me personal questions that I’m uncomfortable answering and her and Dr. Orschel seem to be making fun of me like two little high school kids. When I asked her if she can visit her father she yelled at me and said “No, we’re at war” then proceeded to call me honey. Totally freaked me out. One of the instruments broke in my mouth and dr. Orschel laughed. It was unpleasant. I thought he broke a tooth. I definitely won’t ever go back there.

I have been seeing Dr Orschel for over 7 years. As someone who is very nervous about seeing the dentist, I would not go anywhere else. I totally trust him and he is very caring, professional and knowledgeable. He even came into the office on Christmas Eve one year to deal with some tooth ache. The staff are also fantastic and make the whole experience more enjoyable, I would highly recommend Dr Orschel if you are looking for a new dentist,

I have been seeing Dr. Orschel for many many years. He is one of the best dentists I have ever come across. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. One time, many years ago, I went to a different dentist and was very disappointed and came back to see Dr. Orschel to fix the other dentist’s screw up. I have been a patient of Dr. Orschel and Dr. Hyshka since 1988. As someone who was terrified of dentists due to a bad childhood dentist, I came to trust and have every confidence in their services. Always professional and available whenever I have had a dental emergency. Their staff are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Extremely happy with this office!

I have been going to Dr. Orschel for several years now. He and his staff are very pleasant to deal with. Unlike my previous dentist, he has nitrous oxide gas available to deal with my overactive gag reflex when he needs to do prolonged work or work at the back of my mouth, a process that causes me serious difficulties without the gas. In the past year he has provided a crown on a fragmented tooth as well as removing a broken tooth that was causing me discomfort and replacing it with an implant. He and his assistant were professional and caring during the process.

Dr Orschel has been our family dentist for over 30 years and we have always been very happy with the dental care he provides. Dr Orschel and his staff train regularly to provide excellent care and they are very kind from our experience. Recently I needed an extraction and implant . The procedure was well done, and not painful. I am a nervous patient but Dr Orschel and his team talked me through the procedure and made me feel comfortable. The hygienists at this clinic are exceptional and very experienced. An excellent dentist and dental care team!

I've been going to this office since i was 6 to get cleaning done by Dr Hyshka. Im 21 now and making this review. Got my wisdom tooth removed here by Dr Norman Orschel.

Norman decided to just guess where my tooth was and cut into my gums and couldnt find it. The jerk had the audacity to joke around saying that i mustve gotten it removed already or its playing hide and seek.

His inept assisntant kept the tube being used to suck all the blood right above my eyes so my view the entire time was a tube of rushing blood.

After another emergency xray (more money for this asshole) to locate this tooth he finally found it and yanked it out. He didnt perscribe me any antibiotics to fight/prevent infections which is what shocked another dentist i had to go see since i ended up with an infection

I ended up with a near life threatening infection that was treated great by a completely different dentist.

Dr. Hyshka is great!. Dr. Norman Orschel is a dummy

one of the most worst dentist in Ontario Dr. Orschel, hes the most terrible doctor I have ever seen in my life for what he did to my tooth and my tooth no need big things it's just filling and he actually did big damage. I am saying that from experience, I see here people saying hes very bad and actually its true from my experience with this doctor.
