Best Optometrist I have seen. A fountain of useful infomation, she was very willing to help with my eye issues after finding out about my concussion. And she is also great with kids. It took 2 hours for an eye exam for my 2 young kids and I and and we had a great time as she spent the time talking to us and involving my kids.

Awful ethics. I waited an hour without been seen and had to rebook because of previous commitment. Asked the receptionist to make sure I'd be seen at the time of the appointment, since I AM A DOCTOR and my patients never wait.
Shortly after I received a phone call from her office refusing to see me.
BEWARE!!!

Doctor knows her stuff! Found her online and she's just like everyone says. She really raises the bar.

My wife and I had a fabulous check up with Dr. Janelle King! She was friendly and listened to our concerns we had about our eyes and was very easy to talk to. She took her time making sure that our prescriptions were just right and all in all it was a very thorough exam. We also really appreciated that she explained everything she was doing while examining us .We really felt comfortable and confident with her examining our eyes.
Probably one of the best optometrist in Ottawa and surrounding area.
Her staff are top notch as well.

This doctor really cares about her patients. She asked me lots of questions to make sure that I needed to come in to see her. I called two other places and they didn't ask half as many questions so I chose her and I'm lucky I did . I can see she was trying to keep me and my family safe.

What a wonderful Doctor! I made the trek out to St Laurent to look for her and looking forward to seeing her back in Orleans. My first time with her and she is worth seeing.

I really recommend this Doctor. I had questions to ask about my Dad who she saw and found an issue and really quickly sent him to the hospital for care. She took her time to answer all of them after his appointment I only realised after that she used up most of her lunch time talking to us. She didn't need to do that but I could see she she really wanted to make sure all our questions were answered because she could see we were scared. I am very impressed by how caring she is which is rare these days. Thank you for your help to our family.
