Dr Cuzak was such a blessing for me. She was very thorough and understood my pain was real and i didnt want narcotics .I would live to have ger as my physician. she is busy and hard to get but very amazing doctor

My husband saw Dr Cusack at the walk in clinic on Bancroft. He said she is amazing. She gave him a renewal of his prescriptions and also gave him a cortisone shot for the sore thumb he told his own Dr about repeatedly. It would have been a 3 month wait to get to see Dr. Samuel Peters at the office of Boreal.
What a difference when you get a caring dedicated Dr. Wish she was taking new patients.

Very professional office with good ambience. My appointment was a bit late but despite this Dr.Cusack took the time necessary to review my issue. Very nice and understanding doc! Thank you to everyone there!

Just another pill pusher without any concern for the patient. She doesn't care at all only cares to dump out scripts.. Kick backs must be good. $$

Shes amazing! Very happy to call her my family physician. Shes wonderful with my children aswell. Makes you feel heard, understood , and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and does everything needed to provide best medical care for all patients.
