Recently went to the office for evaluation. The consult was informative and the information was presented in a manner I could easily understand. I will be scheduling my surgery with Dr. Klainer.

I had a wonderful experience at Chrysalis Plastic Surgery. From the time of my first visit through the surgery and after each step was explained and everyone was very caring. I would highly recommend a visit if you are ever considering cosmetic surgery.

I was very nervous about seeingg a plastic surgeon. Dr. Klainer and his staff showed me I didn't need to be. I found out all the information I needed to make an educated decision about doing surgery. I always had my questions answered in a way that I could understand and I found it overall an excellent experience.

Dr. Klainer dances around your questions. I never got a straight answer from him from the beginning. Long story short, he gave me what I specifically asked him not to. One boob is higher than the other. If he screws up you have to pay for it. Bottom line is...If you want a docotor that listens to what YOU want and his first concern is not HIMSELF, then I suggest you go somewhere else.
