Dr Dzibela is a wonderful and caring doctor. My whole family loves seeing her!

Great experience with Dr Dzibela in her new office at Sight Studio. Although I always loved seeing her, I greatly disliked having to see her at Access Eye and I’m so glad she left there and is in a wonderful new office with great owners and staff!

Great doctor, she addressed all my concerns and gave me prompt treatment.

I came in for left eye numbness and irritation. A standard eye examination was performed, and after being unable to find anything wrong with my standard test, she insisted that my eye was unremarkable. I asked her to please give more details about my exam, such as my eye pressure, and to elaborate on what the normal ranges were, but she repeatedly refused and said I didn’t need to worry about that. I asked what she thought could possibly be the cause, perhaps something that isn’t detectable within a standard eye exam, so that I would know where to go from here, but she responded in an exasperated way, said she didn’t know, and said that I should see my primary care provider. As I tried asking more questions, she repeatedly insisted she could offer no more information, and I should just see my PCP. She refused to educate me as a patient, even if my values were normal, and discredited my worries and questions, making me feel that the very reason why I made an appointment was unimportant. Sometimes doctors struggle to diagnose, but at least they can educate and show genuine concern about the patient’s complaints instead of brushing them off. I’ve never felt so dismissed by a doctor. Since she gave me the impression that she does not care, I will respond accordingly and never schedule another appointment with her again. I hope any other potential patient considers how they will be treated by her before they are seen as well.
