She is a very useless human; I don’t understand how she is still practising. Had a teleconsultation with her on behalf of my grandmother. After telling her than my grandma has a UTI because of ALL THE AYMPTOMS OF A UTI, she proceeds to tell me that I have to bring her to the emergency to get cultured and so on... The point of a teleconsultation is to
NOT go to the emergency or a clinic. I had a UTI once and used Bonjour Sante and described my symptoms to the doctor and he did not hesitate to prescribe me antibiotics, and stated if I don’t feel better in a couple days to call back.
She has no idea what she is doing, she sounds like a airhead, what a waste of my time. I thought I was the only one feeling this way about her but seeing these comments proves that she is incompetent.

Did absolutely nothing for me for my pain management. Talked to be in a very condescending tone and actually asked to see me on camera if I was some sort of druggie or something. Rude doctor. Thank god I never saw her in person.

Don’t use bonjour santé to call her she will tell you to go to your GP . She doesn’t have your file and won’t address any problems you have had for a few years. No guidance for further investigation or advice just wait for a rdv to see your GP she says because she can only treat urgent matters on bonjour santé.

Some become doctors only for the $$$$. She is one of them. If she gave her patients the same attention she gives her designer wardrobe she would be phenomenal. Even the teleconsultation was a disaster. Ugh!!

Should lose her medical license. Does not even check your file or ask relevant questions and warn of side effects when prescribing dangerous drugs. Clearly wants u un and out of there as fast as possible with no concern of actual health outcome.

One of the nicest, most helpful, knowledgable doctors. Dr. Pordan makes me feel comfortable and safe. While she works in a very busy downtown clinic, she has always been attentive and kind. I am very grateful to her!

Hello Eva,
Please do some self-reflection. I'm saying this because I know that you can be a good doctor, after all, you went to school for all this time so you have the knowledge. And I truly don't wish it on you to lose your license. You worked hard then, and now it's time to work hard some more to deliver & win back your patients. At this rate you WILL lose it because many patients are leaving your office very angry (understandably), and they want justice for their experience which was not up to standards at all. I am not your patient, but I am allowing myself to leave this rating in my mom's name, as she would not use this website herself. Take this advice with humility, and change today. Here are some suggestions on what you could improve: smile at your patients when you greet them, sit down, take 30 seconds to read their file for any useful information (and to insure you don't make any medical mistake when prescribing), ask for expectations if they aren't clear, apologize for the lateness (respect = respect). Unlike what you might think, patients are not coming looking for a quick fix and a prescription. And will NOT leave unhappy if they don't have any prescription. Order tests, find out the root of the issue and communicate the process as to give them reassurance. The 'pill distributor' approach is super old school. Hopefully you read all of these comments. It's not only comments here, but to the college as well. People know more and more about medical stuff, and are aware of their rights.
I hope you learn from those comments (but don't let it all put you down, seriously. You made it through med school, you can make it through anything). I want you to keep your license, and give quality consultations.
Wishing you the best.

Scandaleux.
