Dr. Guinn has always been caring, considerate and leaves me with no questions unanswered after my appointments. This will be my second child I will have had delivered by her and I couldn’t recommend anyone else! The staff always answers my messages when needing information in a timely manner and is always nice to me when I come in for appointments. My tech that takes my vitals remembers who I am every visit and makes it a point to ask about my 2 year old. It is nice that they treat us as people, as they should, and not just a dollar sign.

Dr. Guinn is a horrible doctor. I went in for an annual. I also asked to have another swab test done during my pap. She lead me to believe she was doing it, but when my lab results came in, I learned that she hadn’t actually done the swab test I asked her to do. She was unapologetic, and said that she didn’t do it because she didn’t think it was necessary. When I complained she sent me a letter and told me that she refused be my doctor any more. I had no intention of returning to her, but I’ve never had a doctor tell me they refused to treat me! They are financially corrupt as well. I was told that I didn’t owe a copay since I had an annual. But they billed an ultrasound I had as an emergency X-ray, which it was not. Dr. Guinn also took $30 of that ultrasound copay and applied it to a routine office visit, which I didn’t have. I’ve tried sending messages and calling more than 10 times, but no one returns my messages. Dr. Guinn is an egotistical controlling narcissist and doesn’t respect people who want to make their own medical decisions. She will ditch you if you are your own patient advocate. Don't make the same mistake I did. You have been warned!
