Receptionist very rude no politeness . Not very helpful young doctor not very much experience. So I shall be finding a new doctor.

Very knowledgeable and direct. Not quick to prescribe for an fast solution and has always been willing to book follow up tests to get to an issue. Very punctual with his appointments.

Practically, he know us well enough. Me and my husband don't usually wait long to go inside. He's receptionist is always very accommodating and kind. Not really fair of what others say to her, if you don't know her yet. Dr. Gin is also a devoted Christian.

He is on time, which means my time is valuable as is his and it is very satisfying. He allows for more than a 4 minute visit. Truly rare in todays market.

Dr Gin has amazing punctuality. I have never had to wait for an appointment with him. He is very straight the point, and definitely knows his stuff. Has been very helpful to myself as a first time mom.

As others have mentioned the receptionist isn't the greatest. But she is friendlier in person than over the phone.

I love Dr Gin. He's blunt, straightforward and listens. He's definitely a little harder to accept if your sensitive and need a lot of sugar coating but I find him to be efficient and great at his job. His receptionist though....... She's not so great. She's always confused, doesn't listen when you call. Shes always frantic, even when your calling for a simple reason. Every time I call during business hours, I usually get vm, or no answer at, several times when she has answered she's just in a rush to get me off the phone before I've even told her why I'm calling.

You shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops to make an appointment. I called 9 times this morning to make an appointment, she finally answered and put me on hold and then hung up on me. I'm on call number 18.... still can't get in touch.

so my parents are senior citizens and both have been seeing Dr. Gin for some time.
Although he is very punctual he does indeed just focus on his computer clicking away at buttons the entire time. My father sees him often as he is a diabetic and dealing with sciatic pain. Dr. prescribed him meds for pain which actually highten his sugar levels. A few days ago Dr. told my father that he worries too much and should change his religious faith. We are of Hindu origin. Dr. recommended he should become a Christian and all of his worries will go away by him attending a few days at Church. Completely stupid why should someone change their faith. He is an MD he is supposed to help people medically. I guess he is now a religious healer as well. Waste of time to see this guy.

He has been my Doctor for 2 years, he knows his stuff. As long as you don't go in with a big list of problems and just have 1 or 2 main issues he will take care of you, he will get the proper investigations done and he will find out whats wrong with you
