I have been a gastronomic patient of .dr, Yeung for several years. She is THE BEST.. not only in her medical field. …. My family has so much respect for Dr. Yeung .. she actually saved my husband’s life through her gastro expertise .. and now she is deservedly Chief of. Staff!!! A wonderful woman of substance!! ..we are forever grateful!!

Dr. Yeung is a phenomenal doctor. She is knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I am grateful to have someone as skilled as Dr. Yeung as my specialist. In addition, the nurses at Sunnybrook are lovely and helpful.

On the administrative side, my review is not as positive. I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the administrative assistant, Brenda, who failed to notify me that my appointment was being postponed by two hours. Sadly, when addressing this with Brenda, she did not even apologize, again showing a lack of professionalism.

I have had the pleasure of being Dr Yeung's patient for years now. She is kind, considerate and compassionate. To the point, sensible and extremely knowledgeable. She has a special talent of engaging so that I have always felt extremely comfortable during procedures, and 'heard' as her patient. I consider myself extremely blessed to have her as my specialist for a number of issues I have gone through and still experiencing.

I asked for a referral to Dr Yeung after she had been very thorough in finding my mother’s colon cancer. She personally phoned me to follow up and I found her to be very caring and professional.
A few years down the road, she found my colon cancer and again I felt very confident under her care. She’s great.

When I was first diagnose with Ulcerative Colitis, Dr. Yeung was there to support and guide me through that devastating time in my life. I remember asking her a question once, which she didn't have a response initially...she actually called me personally to answer my question. I would definitely recommend Dr. Elaine Yeung.
