Usually running late; the staff is friendly but not warm; Dr. Kittleman is thorough but not helpful when you ask questions.

Dr Kittleman served my parents well through their agedness and has taken care of my wife and myself for 15 years. He looks and acts the professional he is. Don't expect warm and fuzzy, but do expect to get the most knowledgeable Dr. in central Texas.

To recepionist: Hello!! Her reply: "Just sign there, fill this form and bring it back".Then they called my name:Hi,how are you doing? Girl's reply: "Fine", then, "sit there, what's is the problem?" the rest just like a robot, and no effort to make me feel comfortable or in a nice environment. Dr.Kittleman walked in, I introduced myself and said"nice to meet you", his reply:"put your chin here and look straight ahead", etc, He handled me a prescription without saying anything. I asked:how many drops? he did not even tell me how long to use the drops, or what to do if they did not work. Then, walked out, I followed him, tried to shake hands w. him and he,finally, did but no word came out of his mouth.I was not told where to go next. I had to ask in front and had to go back to pay, where a stone-faced(non-English speaking) woman took my payment, and I said thank you to her and the receptionist, in both cases getting a not so nice "bye". Disastrous experience !
