Their office is very comforting and appealing, not cold and clinical. The staff treated everyone like they were friends or family. They were asking about their children, in some cases playing with the small children or giving them a treat. The receptionist was even holding patient's babies and tending to them as their parent was in the exam room being seen. Alot of the patient's seem to have developed friendships with each other from their frequent visits. They do Women's care in addition to family care, and they bring Old Harding Pediatrics there 2 days a week and have a female gynecologist(Dr Sara), who comes there too...one stop shopping! Tricia spends alot of time with me, trying to get me the help I need; whether it is a specialist referral or a specialized test. Sometimes just talking with her or her nurse, Debbie, is better than going to see a therapist after a hard week. I feel like they really care about me; I'm not just a number...even when I was without insurance!
