Stop for doctors like him. He doesn’t have a clue about medicine

Dr Vlaovic is the best doctor EVER. He just performed laser lithotripsy on my left kidney last week and after the procedure I had zero pain or discomfort or any complication.
He is very understanding and patient and ensures that all your concerns are addressed by taking time to explain.
He is very kind and gentle. I felt very confident and secure in his care.
I appreciate how well he took care of me. I wish all doctors were like him,
Thank you very much Dr Vlaovic! I will never forget you!

Dr. Vlaovic is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, professional, on time and willing to answer all concerns the patient may have, highly recommended.

Him and his staff lack the decency to return a phone call when a patient calls them in need. Just pathetic.

Horrible staff. Wonderful doctor. Not sure why he keeps her because there is a consistent ill mannered and abrupt behaviour. Not returning phone calls is also common. Sadly it becomes a difficult visit.

There's nothing worse than coming in for a scheduled appointment, waiting 1.75 hours, and for receptionist to tell you that you cannot see the doctor that day. After being admitted, I arrived in the waiting room at 11am. My appointment was at 11:15am. I waited till 1pm. At this point I called the receptionist on my phone to see what was happening. Apparently she told me they 'tried to squeeze me in' but didn't have time for me that day. Further, the doctor has switched offices after 12 so I would have been waiting in the waiting room indefinitely. No receptionist/office staff would have informed me. Just a terrible experience. I arrived earlier than the time they wanted me there, waited 1.75 hours and never saw the doctor due to poor office-work on part of the receptionist.
