I came to Dr. Haley with severe pain down my leg. He ordered an MRI and showed me what has wrong (an injured disk). He performed a procedure and the pain stopped. Both he and his staff made me feel at ease and I had no doubt I was in great hands. As I was awake during the procedure, I was able to appreciate the high degree of technical knowledge and efficiently with which he worked, threading the needles into my spine with x-ray guidance, and asking me how I felt as he went along. (It didn't hurt). If I ever need any pain management help again, it will be with Dr. Haley.

I went to haley to get some pain pills because Dr Yutzler got out of pain business. I am 70 they said get in a gown and I sat there for an hour but the doctor never came in but he wrote this big bill for the office visit and !00.00 copay. Let me finish some nutty lady came with a tape recorder and interrogated me like real fast rapid fire questions like if I had a marijuana card all kinds of drug use, private stuff. you tell your husband or wife about, but never someone else, She tried to sell cortisone to me the whole time as my only treatment offered and since I refused it or didn't answer fast enough, She said we cant help you are not a good fit for the practice. So I sent my wife in and she's addicted to everything and they still gave her more because she agreed to the cortisone and they knew she's addicted. This the new norm shots for pills Cant rate a doctor I never saw. So I went back to Yutzler my primary she called me a liar basically after been there 40yrs. I am nether addicted or depended on pain drugs I have pain pills that are so old they are different colors and shape from nowadays. I think most people have something for when it becomes unbearable but cortisone, Dr Peet said to me before retired that " cortisone " or catabolic steroids destroy the joints " Its mass injections and systemic excuses because writing a person a script even its every another month or twice a year they figure is another way for you not to get cortisone. They are actually afraid to discus it with you, the dangers because they wont make big bucks. If I go to an orthopod and all he's got cortisone that pretty useless in spite of what it feels like.

Dr. Haley seems to really care about my condition and with his help I plan to avoid surgery on my knees. His easy-going personality put me at ease as he performed an injection of my knees, which really helped. I had no trouble getting an appointment. His staff is very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone with knee pain.

The Norristown office staff was rude and unreliable. The office took 4 days to get me an MRI insurance approval when it should have happened the same day. I waited 10 days for a prescribed medical device for pain relief that I was told I would receive within a few days. The office/Dr did not return my calls.
