On 12/11/2015 I went for my 3 month check up for Liposuction on Abdominal, back, flans & fat transfer to my butt, I am 5'2, and weigh 130lbs. I told him I wasn't happy with the results, He took pictures and aggressively explained that he seen a difference and all he could offer was Tummy tuck to correct me, Ridiculous how can I get a tummy tuck if I haven't even had kids first of all and don't have enough skin? HE provides horrible customer service, Its all candy land when you go for the consultation but NOT after! He refused to do anything to correct it. Even though in the papers I signed, said if the dr. or patient is unhappy, they will resolve the problem. DO NOT GO TO HIM, HORRIBLE ! will never go back.

I was 58, 5'2" tall, 115lbs. Had a nice figure, except for a little pooch, but looked good when sucked it in.Looked good in a bikini. He did lipo on my abdoman, inner and outer thighs. I was black, on the right side, from my navel to hip bone, to under the breast, a triangle, of orange peel looking skin, when I went for Their massage. The girl wouldn't touch me.She called the head nurse, she called Dr.Mentz to come look, They had never seen this before, the girl took pics. My navel is not in the center anymore, and my stomach is a lumpy bumpy mess, my outer thighs have a deep horrizonial indention,like he ran the instrument in one time. I could no longer wear a bikini, or 2 pc.. He refused to do anything to correct it.Even tho in the papers I signed, said if the dr. or patient is unhappy, they will resolve the problem. I had 4 drs. opinions. All 4 said aggressive use of too large a candala, 2 mentioned the veins too close to the surface.No tummy tuck. Not enough skin. DO NOT GO TO HIM.

If you want a doctor that takes pride in his work and does not count you as a number or dollars sign, Dr. Newall is your doctor. I previously worked for Dr. Newall and the practice many years ago. He reconstructed my body with a tummy tuck and full body lipo. I was a size 12 and taken down to a size 1. He is amazing!!!if you want a new you, this is your doctor. He will give you your body back after children or gaining and loosing weight. My tummy still has my flat washed board flat tummy and my work was done over 9 years ago. Prior to having my surgery I have a butt in the front and in the back. It was gross. I will never forget how he gave me my body, self esteem and youth back. I appreciate this doctor. Also, to let you know. After moving away from Houston and moving back, I have since then worked for 3 other doctors in the Houston areas. With all I have seen, I would not recommend anyone other than Dr. Newall and Dr. Mentz. I love their work, practice and staff.

Dr. Newall is extremely professional and skilled. No complaints about experience of abdominoplasty & liposculpt. I am a nurse and very particular about choosing a physician and would absolutely refer anyone to him.

Had TT & body sclupting 2 1/2 years ago. Had met 3-5 other doctors befor meeting Dr. Newall and not until I stepped into his office did I feel comfortable. Everyone made me feel to sure about my choice, especially Dr. Newall himself. I was so suprised by how great I looked after surgery, results were much better than I could have imagined. Would return in a heartbeat if/when I get anything else done.

Did the research, good advertising! Everything seemed great until the day of surgery! My sister had surgery with this doctor I took care of her she went to the hospital that night! The after hours nurse had no idea what was going and could not direct me on what to do. She lost alot of blood, stayed in the hospital a WEEK and the doctor never took the time check and visit her. Also it took him till the 3rd day for him to call only because things were not getting better and we demand he call. It was a horrible experience this is just a Brief description of the horror that happened. Thank god after the ordeal she is ok.
