Dr. Lowe has been my doctor for many years, keeping me healthy and happy. He is not only an amazing doctor that shows compassion, he is an amazing man that cares about his patients. I would recommend him to everyone.
If you want great, professional urological care … do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Lowe.

IMO Dr Lowe is responsible for my mother’s early death from bladder cancer. He is arrogant, condescending and loves to give “cute” answers. He treated my 84 year old mother with smug disdain and I will never forgive him.

Dr, Lowe?
No!
Half hour wait in waiting room. Another half hour in exam room, although appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance, He is impatient and does not invite questions.

I am not happy with the procedure performed by the office of Dr. Lowe. Cystoscopy was done on Friday, August 5th, 2022 and right after the procedure I felt a severe burning pain every time I urinate. On Monday August 8, I went back to the office to complain about the burning and was seen by Dr. Mubashir Billah. Dr. Billah said I have an infection and ordered a prescription for sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim 800-160 mg tablets. My problem started when the assistance of Dr. Lowe to lubricate my unit to numb it. The lubrication was not done the correct way as it should be applied to the whole urethra and not to the top of the unit. From my knowledge, lubrication should be done by the doctor who is doing the cystoscopy and not the assistance. After seven days of this procedure, I still feel a burning sensation each time when I pee. I decided to go to another urology office for a follow up. This is a bad medical office.

Dr. Lowe is knowledgeable and explains the problem well. However, his staff is extremely rude, unpolite, and not helpful at all. I'm talking about phone calls experience and in person communication. Be prepared to wait for your appointment more than 1 month! How will you wait so long if you experience this horrible urgency and you cannot sleep at night because you must run to the bathroom every 10 min.? Apparently the receptionists do not know the feeling.

One word do describe Dr. Lowe and staff.
“ AMAZING “ !
From the time I made my first appointment I already knew I was in great hands. The staff was their to help me in every step of the way. As for Dr Lowe , his care and knowledge was simply amazing. Dr Lowe was able to relay to me in a simplistic way exactly what was going on at each appointment and what procedures and treatments where available to me. The follow up calls after each appointment and procedures were an amazing touch to an amazing practice.

I found his staff did not return calls. My first and second visit were separated by almost 6 months. He never once examined me in either appointment. I did not find he cared about my problems nor did I feel he paid much attention. Unfortunately, I will now have to start all over again with someone else. His office did not follow HIPA law without being told to.
