My daughter had a very sore throat and a fever. We went to him only because our normal doctor was not available that day. Dr. Mouch said there was nothing wrong with her that tylenol wouldn't fix. My mother took my daughter to see him and she didnt think that was the right diagnosis and she called him out on it. He told my mother, "I think I've been a doctor long enough to know what I am talking about." I ended up having to take my daughter back 3 days later to a different doctor in the practice and pay another $20 co-pay and found out she did in fact have tonsillitis. I will NEVER go back to him again.

Dr. Mouch was a very good doctor and took the time to talk to you and has great experience. Unfortunately, his front desk rceptionsit is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Every time there is a problem with billing, she is rude ont he phone. Just terrible!

I saw Dr Mouch today for the first time and I do not believe I will come back. I felt like he really did nothing for me. I had flu like symtoms (sore throat, cough, fever, body aches, runny/stuffy nose) and he recomended that I take tylenol never said how much or how often, and let him know if my condition gets worse. This if my first experiecne with a Dr other than my pediatrician when I was younger, I will not be going back. He never even gave me any kind of diagnosis. Oh and he was about 45 min late too.

Dr. Mouch is not only arrogent, but not helpful at all. He has talked down to me on several occasions. There has been one occasion in the last year (our first visit) that he truly gave us good service. I was giving the man a chance, but no more. I will be switching doctors immediately!!!!

Arrogant and condescending. I called him to ask abou the medications my elderly mother was taking because she was seeing three specialists and and I was concerned about interactions. He actually yelled at me and said he wasn't responsible for what other doctors were doing. He was also very unkind to my mother after she had a stroke - basically called her an "old crone" and said she needed to accept her new disability. He may be knowledgeable, but he doesn't care and doesn't help.

Dr. Mouch does have a strange bedside manner, but he is paying attention. He is a good doc who does ALWAYS find time for you when you have issues. He has even called me from his cell phone when leaving the office to chat about how i was doing. In my opinion, i would rather have a doc who might be socially inept but a good healer than a person with good bedside manner and marginal expertise. I go back b/c he does tell me when i'm being neurotic, and so far everytime he's been right. He knows when to prescribe and when not to. Don't go to him if you are looking for a doc to shuck out meds like a machine, he is more for healing the "whole" person not just covering symptoms with meds. He looks at the whole picture.

Very arrogant and condescending. Took my child for multiple visits for a problem that wasn't getting better. No tests were performed or ordered. At our final visit(we are finding a new group)he told my child to stop complaining, there was nothing wrong. I was shocked!

He is the worst Doctor ever. He is the rudest person I have ever had to talk to. He never takes the time to listen, he is backing out the door while you are still asking him questions about your ailment. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. I cant believe he is still has any Patients left.
