Lovely surgeon! Dr, Nallapaneni is very caring and helpful. She ensured my father was comfortable throughout his consultations and answered all questions we had. Knowledgeable and explained various treatment options to us and professional as well.

I find these "good" reviews questionable. Especially when an individual says I will continue to keep this doctor as my surgeon. Who intends to keep going back for surgery over and over again?
This doctor has the worst bedside manners. My family member needed surgery for hernia and we were referred to this doctor. It had to be one of the worst consultations I have ever had. I understand it was during covid and many surgeries were delayed. Especially those who were cancer patients. There is no denying these surgeries were a priority. Neither I nor my family member acted entitled or pushed for earlier surgery date. We asked questions like any normal patient would ask about their health. It would be unfair to expect a patient to arrive, listen and nod your head to everything the doctor says and walk out passively. They were simple and brief questions such as how long is the wait, what does the recovery look like, what are the risks etc. It's not rocket science. This doctor looks at my family member and says "you are nothing special"...who says that?? I understand you see hundreds of patients with more serious conditions but to that one patient sitting in front of you, their health means everything to them. Don't look at them and say you are nothing special. Especially when that patient did not demand to jump the queue or behave in a disrespectful way. How can a patient trust their health in your hands after you say something like that? f you were referred to this doctor, please do yourself a favour and find another surgeon. We walked out of that clinic after that one consultation and never looked back. There are many, many qualified surgeons out there.

She is horrible!! Pressured me in getting my appendix removed and told me there wasn’t any other option, even though there was better options…then, she tells me she thought I had cancer? I think she just said that to me to throw me off because she didn’t contact me for 3 weeks straight. She didn’t even show up for an appointment! This person is a monster!

Dr. Sailaja is professional surgeon. She diagnosed my condition and gave me the right advice and was thorough is describing the procedure and precise in explaining the risks. In the surgery room, she plays music and that for me is an additional comfort that she will be in control working with those laparoscopic tools. On follow up, she sensed a good progress in recovery, she relieved me of unnecessary precautions and gave me the green light to engage my normal lifestyle again. I had an option to have my surgery done at a hernia specialized center, but I had to sleep over three nights! I opted for a one day laparoscopic surgery with Dr. Sailaja and for me it was an excellent choice.

I would not recommend this surgeon. She does not follow up with her patients to make sure that timely care and appropriate procedures are done, so patients have risk of poor outcomes.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star shouldn’t be even called a doctor. Definitely in the wrong profession. Has the worst attitude. Just assumes what’s going on doesn’t even talk to the patient correctly. She should really be monitored by the health ministry because she doesn’t know how to treat people properly. Probably the worst doctor out there. She acts like she doesn’t have time for patients.

This person should not be called a doctor because she does not know to how to talk to patients. She is in the wrong profession for the wrong reasons. She blames and yells at the patient without listening to their grievances. Would never go back to her. such a horrible experience. She's running our Healthcare system.

Dr. Sailaja Nallapaneni is a very kind person and she truly cares for her patients and I consider myself very lucky to be able to have her as my surgeon.She is someone who goes above and beyond for her patients.My family is so thankful to her.Staff is also extremely well organized and follows up in a punctual manner.
