He is my parents' podiatrist. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable and a caring doctor. However, when it comes to ordering and delivering new shoes for either of my parents, it can take months and months, and he makes excuses after excuses. Since my parents live in an assisted living facility, this inaction is totally unacceptable and they are at his mercy. My mom has been wearing the same one pair of shoes for many, many years, and yet he refuses to deliver her new pair. I am at my wit's end.
