Dr. francis is great!!!! She does not beat around the bush,and she is very straight forward.Thats what kind of Dr. I would want in my delivery room if something were to go wrong.Dr. Francis would know what to do and jump right on it. I love her she and she will deliver all of my children.

Horrible, rude and even mean at times. told me I was ruining her life when I went into labor 3 days before induction was scheduled. Treated me very unkindly on several of my OB visits. Other times was very nice. Very much a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde syndrome. Would never go to her again and picked another doctor for my next baby.
