This has been the worst health provider I have ever met. She is completely clueless and didn’t care to inform me about possible options, didn’t even care to explain side effects of a medication with me. She simply stated “you know it’s a medication” She spent no longer than 5 minutes “helping” me. I am completely disappointed that someone would chose a career like this with that kind of attitude and lack of information. Don’t waste your time on her, find someone respectful and knowledgeable.

Dr miller does not at all seem to care about the patient the medical assistants seem to have more compassion then the doctor herself. I am not sure i could deliver a baby with her at my bedside. I am actually thinking about switching doctors .

I came to this do get as a newly pregnant patient. I was worried due to my medical condition and previous miscarraige. The nurse had me leave urine for the pregnancy test. She came into the room to tell me my previous dr should be prescribing me progesterone (I had to find a new dr because of insurance change). Then she told me I have to make another appointment to be seen at her clinic it was the policy. She couldn't see me u till I had a confirmed urine test. So I said "I just took one, what did it say." She said it was positive. I then told her I told the scheduler I wanted my first check up because I was worried about misscaraige I'm having cramps. She said you didn't tell me that. It was the most bizarre appt I have ever been to!! I told her I told the nurse. And dr miller hadn't asked any medical questions. Then she said you look upset. I said yes I am upset , I just told you I'm cramping and your not going to do anything today? She said your upset maybe you need to find another dr to see you. I said yes I will and I complained to her supervisor! I have never been treated that way by a dr, I don't know why she was even there she did nothing but upset me

I was referred to Dr. Heidi by my primary for surgery March 2013. Although skeptical about a new doctor, I was extremely happy with the attention to detail, the information provided when asked, and the patience with me when I was nervous about my surgery. Every aspect was explained with compassion and she was very pleasant to be around. I was saddened to learn that Dr. Heidi moved from the San Diego area and is now too far for me to return for services. If Dr. Heidi was still in my insurance network, I would travel to her to be seen again.

Although unrelated to her poor bedside manner, it should be noted that Dr. Miller is a D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) and not an M.D. Regardless of her professional training, we were not impressed with how she treated us as patients (we are pregnant and preparing to have a baby). Perhaps it is just her style to be evasive and distant, but at this time we wanted someone to comfort us and make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, it is hard to tell if she just doesn't know the answer or doesn't care about your question. The office staff is just wonderful and, thankfully, there is more than one physician in the group. Sorry, but OB is just one of those fields you really need to trust your doctor.

Dr Miller was the worse Dr we have ever seen, rude ! un caring does Not listen and has not got a caring bone in her body.She even walks out the room while your still talking....
