Dr Degen is amazing! Her and her nursing staff made us feel so at ease as first time parents. She would always take as much time as needed to answer all of our questions and never made us feel stupid. After my son was born, I had complications and her nurse returned my phone call that day and got me in that day as well. We completely love her and would never go anywhere else!!

Dr. Degen and the rest of the OBGYN staff is amazing! They always make me feel like I'm the number one priority when I'm there whether I'm the first patient or the lat patient of the day! Dr. Degen is very knowledgeable and friendly and always my first recommendation to anyone!

We met Dr. Degen when we were admitted to the hospital. She thought she knew everything and did nothing for our needs. She ignored our requests, our pleads to go to a larger hospital. Instead she took matters into her hands. When our first baby was born, Dr Degen screamed out, "Oh! My God you have such big babies!" It was too late to do anything for our twins and they died in my husbands arms about 3 hours later. I would NOT NOT recommend her in the least or go to her if she was the Last OBGYN. She did NOT take the time to do what was best for the patient and her babies!!

Fantastic OB. Staff didn't always make us feel the most comfortable with our questions as first time parents. Dr. Degen was great with everything though. I highly recommend her. She listens and explains very well.
Her staff could be reminded that this is a first time experience for everyone as some point in time. Courtesy and patience are appreciated. Or if they know everything, just write the manual for having and raising babies.

Called nurse with urgent situation, didn't get call back for days and given appointment six weeks out. When asked if there was anything sooner was told there were other practice s in town. Asked to speak to physician, never was called back. Needed a d and c and was told I had to wait five days. Never made it to d and c, had more problems and told to sit at home and wait it out. Had to find another physician to help.
