I highly recommend Dr. Cho! She is knowledgeable, caring and very friendly. The staff that helps with the eye exam are also knowledgeable and kind. However, the only drawback is the front desk staff. They are usually short and somewhat rude in assisting with checking in and out and any phone conversations. They seem not to practice privacy policy too well either. There's lots of personal conversation to be heard while checking in at the desk and often they will call patients last names out loud.

My experience was very good for the most part, although the sitting time was very long. Dr. Cho was excellent and makes me very pleased about my decision to switch to her service. She apologized for the delay, so it was no problem at all. I highly recommend her to family and friends.
