Hate his staff! Marlene is the least helpful person there! I would never go back to that place. She doesnt do her job unless you call her everyday to follow up. The communication between the doctor and staff was a minus for me.

I absolutely love Dr. Velez he is the best ob/gyn Ive had with my 4 pregnancies. All of them being cesarean he always helped me feel comfortable and always made sure my pregnancy was ok. I love his staff as well very helpful. The only thing I dislike about this office is there new nurse practioner Anna. She literally is very unprofessional she did a PAP Smear and kept putting the speculum inside and out so many times I felt very uncomfortable and she kept saying oh Im sorry its not going in. WTF!! After that experience I had all my appointments with Dr. Velez. I would definitely go back with him! He is such a caring doctor always making sure you and baby are safe. After my cesarean he checked up on me in the hospital 2 times before he left, and most ob/gyn doctors don't do that. He also did my babys circumcision while in the hospital that was very convenient having a c section not having to go back to his office made it great!! I would highly recommend this doctor to everyone!!!!!! 5 Star MD!!!!!

Love, love, love Dr Velez!! He's the sweetest, most compassionate doctor you can have. Wait times can be long at times but it's because Dr Velez actually takes the time deliver his patient's babies, which is important to a lot if not all pregnant moms. He always takes the time to answer your questions and never seems to be in a rush. I would walk out of his office happy and feeling genuinely cared for by both the staff and Dr Velez. Definitely a doctor worth going to. Truly a gem!

Absolutely LOVE this Dr. I had a bad experience with my obgyn for the first pregnancy. During my second pregnancy I started off with another Dr but had to switch to Dr Velez because I was "high risk". Everything was ok but I was happy to have found such a great Dr. My only regret was not having been able to start my prenatal care with Dr. Velez. Not only is he great, he was there for the delivery of my baby which is something I can't say if my first obgyn. Definitely recommend him! Both he and his staff make you feel genuinely cared for when you walk into the office. If I decide to have another baby I won't doubt going back to him at all.

I am a woman of faith who has been harassed and criticized for mine and my husband's fertility choices by many nosey people and doctors but Dr. Velez is professional, caring, and sticks to what corresponds to him. I love him.

Dr. Velez ROCKS!! If I could I would carry him in my pocket. I’m 32 w/no kids. Last Feb I was experiencing pelvic pain and needed to find an OBGYN fast, so I made an appointment w/the nearest Dr I could find. My appointment was originally scheduled w/a female OBGYN (my preference), but when I arrived I discovered she no longer worked there, so they assigned me Velez. At first I was a bit apprehensive but after a few visits I realized that I was given a gem. He’s not just your typically OBGYN he’s smart with add'l expertise (Surgeon & Fertility Specialist). Found out I was prego w/an ovarian cyst the size of a grape fruit (Yikes! hints why I had pain). Unfortunately I lost the baby, which was sad. He was so sweet and compassionate and not in a weird way (like a father). He recommended we remove the cyst and was there with me the whole time. Since then, we have been trying to find healthy ways to get pregnant again. It’s been a journey, but I’m glad I found him. He’s truly a blessing!
