staff lied about talking to me and never addressed my problem. Shrek told me condition would go away instead of listening to me - condition still exists. Don't waste your time.

I went there for back pain. Even though he was thorough and yeah I got the right Scripps his office staff sucked. Worst manners of ever seen in my life and now I have a ding on my credit even though he was thorough and I got the right Scripps his office staff sucked. Worst manners I’ve ever seen in my life and now I have a ding on my credit because I had to pay $68 the day I walked in there Plus my co-pay and I paid for it all in cash which was fine but the next time I tried to make an appointment his receptionist was rude and hateful and would not make the appointment and said that I had been dropped because of nonpayment. So giving them the benefit of the doubt I offered to pay it again. They sent me a collection phone number and it turned out to be a carpet and tile store. So I called them back and said that it was the wrong number and they sat there and argued with me. I finally told the receptionist to just call the number and then get back with me and I never heard anything back from her.

Dr. Shreck is easy to talk to and gets right to the point. Has been very helpful with a variety of issues concerning men's health, and high blood pressure issues. Would definitely recommend.

If you're not concerned about your health and well-being, Shreck is the doctor for you. Spends about 3 minutes in the exam room whether you have a sore throat or a severed artery so don't worry about spending a lot of time there. Misdiagnosis, non-diagnosis and complete indifference are his best qualities.

Dr. Shreck has been my doctor for many years. Without his care I would have died at the hospital. He has become much busier with all the patients in their care load. He is funny. He does take time and if t here are samples he will give you them. I have appreciated the staff in his office. It's tough to know there are no cures for COPD and only some things for Asthma. This has been a really life-threatening year in my breathing problems. I am grateful to have him as a doctor. I am so sorry that others have had some serious difficulties. God bless each person in his office who I know prays for me and the love i find there. Joy and peace.

Took 7 hours for his staff to return a call about scheduling an appointment. Then I sat waiting for 45 minutes to finally speak with him. He made a generalized assumption about my symptom before even speaking to me (I say assumption because it was definitely wrong), and was super brief. Then told me to wait it out a few weeks. I was really disappointed with the hurried carelessness he presented himself with. Would not recommend.

Dr. Shrek is the worst doctor I have ever seen. In 2008 I had my daughter by emergency c-section. I wasn't even his patient but my doctor left on Vaca before I was released and he knew I was still bleeding before he left. However, my doctor left Shreck in charge of discharging me. After 4 days I was still bleeding from my incision and sent me home anyway. 2 weeks later I called my doctor and told him I was still bleeding from my incision and was in pain. He told me to come in immediately and after examing me and doing a ultrasound found a blog clot on my left side size of a softball. Not only was my doctor pissed and called him out in front of me. But he almost killed me for sending me home without doing a thorough check. I had to go into surgery immediately before a section of the blood clot come off and went to my heart. I still to this day recommend getting a different doctor and making sure he never touches you or discharge you from the hospital.

HUMILIATED He was my doctor for 2-3 years and somehow, at every appointment, he made me feel humiliated, like I was a joke. In addition, his office staff made me feel like a nuisance for needing to make an appointment, and then like more of a nuisance when I showed up for it.
When I finally got the courage to see a new doctor, I found out I had Lupus. Seriously.

I saw Dr. Shreck for a couple of years before he got into OB-GYN work. He rushes through his visits, and really seems like he's in a hurry. I liked him a lot as a person, but he needs to slow down! So, if you can get him to sit down and visit for a minute, he's a great doctor. The front desk staff though, well, gird your loins. They are why I finally left Dr. Shreck and went elsewhere. I have a mark on my credit report because of his staff, and they claim I don't owe them money, yet when I challenge the credit report, it stays on, with a note claiming I *do* owe them $36! So angry!
