Dr.Brownstein is a very thorough and gives the patient time and answers all your questions. You won't feel that you are rushed out!

My initial appointment with Dr. Brownstein went well. He seemed quite knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain things. However, I had an emergency room visit due to arrhythmia on a Friday and when I called his office to follow-up on Monday, it took 3 days before I received a call back from anyone. I repeatedly left messages asking to speak with him and he NEVER called me back. I was contacted by the office staff and sent for several tests and had an appointment with a physician's assistant in his office, but he personally never called me. I will never return to that office again. I have no confidence that if I have an emergency, I could entrust my care to them. You are just a number there.
