Dr Hehl-Bisson is a very good doctor, the office staff need a refresher course in courtesy

Many problems with the support staff has left me looking for a new doctor. The Doctor is great I will take nothing away but when the support staff make you so upset you flush your pills, something is wrong. They have left me hanging for 3 months on filling out paperwork. Claimed they were worried about getting audited instead of writing a script for my diabetic supply. When I was just there the prior week. So Denise seems to think that covering there butt is more important then my health. I spoke with with Holly and she was great but I think after 4-5 mistakes and issues something has to give. When a doctor's office makes you sicker because of study people its a problem. I am going to miss Dr Anne, my wife is still going but I can't do it no more.

I have been looking for a primary care physician like Dr.ANNA HEHL-BISSON for quite some time. She actually listens to you! What a novel idea! She always takes the time to discuss my health status and makes qualified suggestions as a course of treatment. I never feel rushed or looked at as a number. She makes me feel as though she has a genuine concern for my well being, something rare in today's medical profession. My highest recommendation goes out to Dr. Hehl - Bisson.
