Dr. Mark was very nice and gentle. I was in severe pain and my regular dentist didn't have time to see me. Dr. Mark got me in immediately, took my tooth out and I didn't feel anything. I plan on changing dentists.

When I arrived at the office they didn't even have it open and it was almost 2PM. I found that extremely strange. The front desk woman is extremely rude and only cares about money. She tried to get my account number on file before I even was treated. Than I get back to the room and see the dentist pull a mask out of his pocket that im guessing was used on someone else. Grose!!! Im not even sure your aloud to do that. And the dentist does not seem to know very much and made my visit extremely awkward. He maybe said 3 words the entire time. Socially awkward is putting it nicely!Worst dentist ever!!!!!!!

Dentistry has come a long way. Everything is digital... completed my paperwork online, which saved me time. Doctor didn't jump from person to person, his time was devoted to me.

Staff was helpful and polite. They explained insurance in a way I could understand. Dr. Rangel took his time and addressed my concerns.

I pre-paid for services that I never received, and when I asked for a refund, they gave me all kinds of reasons as to why I could not get it back. It has been 3 weeks, and I still have not received my money back.
