Saw Dr. Zachary Ritter a few months ago for removal of a callous on my right foot. I was in severe pain afterwards and had 2 follow up appointments with him to see why. I felt he was very uncaring and not listening and quite frankly couldn't be bothered. I then went to Evangelical's wound clinic where I was informed I had an infection in my bone. I've gone through several appointments at Evan and now I'm about to have 2-3 inches of bone removed to try and stop the infection from spreading. If this does not work, I will end up having my leg amputated below the knee.

I think Dr. Ritter is a young inexperienced doctor who seemed more concerned about how he looked in expensive suits than he does he patients.

He is short and uninformative with your diagnosis. He made me feel that I should understand my issue because he did.

This b-a-s-t-a-r-d and his associates ignored TWO phone calls from me about post-op complications, resulting in a MASSIVE diabetic ulcer on the sole of my foot. After a year of trying to get it healed, the foot was amputated. It was clearly malpractice, but I can't sue because "diabetics have feet amputated all the time." He was a good doctor until he ignored my urgent message on a Labor Day weekend. Barbeques apparently take precedent over patient welfare. I get no closure or compensations, and he gets off without so much as a guilt conscience.
