This was my first visit with Dr. Charnley. He was great. The staff was helpful, quick, and made my visit very painless. I went in for a check up and blood work for insurance needs. The office happily filled out and sent in my paperwork. I had a great experience with Dr.Charnley and the staff. I would recommend this office

Was searching for a new physician and thought I would give Dr. Charnely a chance. Very disappointed. Schedule my appointment over a month in advance was called last week told the doctor was (suddenly) no longer available (3 weeks in advance) and would not be able to get me in until 2 weeks after my originally scheduled appointment because the doctor was now going to be unavailable. If I would have known this when I originally scheduled my appointment I would have scheduled for a different date. Clearly I had made my appointment for that date because I needed to be seen within a certain amount of time for insurance to cover it. How is a doctor now unavailable a month later and requires you to reschedule last minute and has no openings. This seems like poor planning for last minute vacation time that he forgot to take off. Extremely frustrated and will be looking for a new physician.
