Not everyone's experience is similar, I did not expect THIS! My own is a mixed bag that has NOTHING to do with Dr. Jones! My previous GYN dropped me from her practice as I had to cancel getting a D&C 3 times due to unrelated illnesses. I was dismayed at this. I was bleeding, in severe pelvic pain! I then found out that I NEVER NEEDED the D&C! Dr. Jones suggested a Mirena IUD to treat my GYN problem and I have been pain and menses free ever since! She referred my case to a GYN oncologist as a precaution! I am a high risk GYN cancer patient! She is saving my life and that I am getting the proper care needed! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but she takes the time need to work with everyone. It could be ME who has the emergency call or urgent appointment and I would want her to be there for me! She left Danvers to start her own practice! I LOVE Dr. Jones and please give her a chance - you'll be happy with this compassionate doctor who does go the extra mile for her patients! Izzi

Knowledgeable, but her bedside manner needs some work. An M.D. title does not give you the right to be condescending. She is obviously not a happy person. Lucky for her, she's still a pretty good doctor despite her personality flaws.

Dr. Jones delivered my daughter and I have been a patient prior to and following the birth of my daughter. I have been very happy with her attention to detail and listening quality she has with her patients. She started treatment for my post-partum depression and personally followed up to make sure I was receiving the proper care.

i had an 830a appt which i showed up for at 825a the receptionist stated that she had tried to call me a few minutes prior (of course i was enroute). the dr had to cancel due to an emergency and would i like to reschedule. i was very angry. the dr should carry the # of 1st appt for such emergencies. i made that appt 1st appt of the day which usually guarantees no wait time. however the dr had 2 appts made at 830a. i know this because the other 8:30a appt was a friend of mine. so the 2nd to arrive would have had wait time. 2nd incident was on the rescheduled appt which was a routine physical. i asked the dr to look at a dry patch in that area. i paid my $10.00 co-pay before leaving. i then received a bill in the mail for $10.00. i was told by the receptionist that an additional service was performed so i was charged for an additional office visit. for looking at a rash? complaint made to tufts. additional $10.00 not paid. stay away from dr. jones.
