I am in the middle of the most pain in my life! My Jaw is in desperate need of help. I had gone to VCU Oral Surgeons in order to help take care of the pain in my Jaw. The Surgeon at VCU had wrote me a prescription for pain and a letter to my Dentist that I am in dire need of a mouth guard that would help eliminate the pain as it would help guild my broken jaw so that I can finally start to feel better and get sleep again. I gave it to Dr. Wilson and had received a phone call from him saying "I refuse to work on you when your insurance will not cover it, this is hundreds of dollars for this procedure". A procedure mind you that could save my life, & end this horrible mind numbing pain! Dr. Wilson also added that "he doesn't Appreciate, Dr. Hoard from VCU, is putting him in the middle of all this and that he should just (do it himself or find someone else)... what kind of doctor calls to have you play telephone games with another doctor. And refuses to help you when you are in dire need of help? I'm just at a loss..
I will never return to this practice again. And I hope to never see Dr. Wilson again. (Ps. He had just got back from going on a vacation with him and his wife)
So, helping save someone's life < have money for Vacation... what kind of man who Claims Christianity as his faith and always says "God Bless" is this?
I'm in shock!
