I called Dr. Sood's office to get an appointment for my 10 year old son and I was told the consultation was complimentary. The day we saw Dr. Sood he displayed a very rude attitude. He entered the room like he was upset and in a bad mood. Shook my son's hand and didn't even acknowledge my presence, never looked me in the face. Talked the whole time to my son, asking him questions he didn't know how to answer and when I intervened he cut my sentence off before I could get to the point. When he found out that my consultation was free, he was surprised and didn't like it at all. After a few days I got a call from his staff. They wanted me to get a referral from my insurance for the previous visit plus two more future visits. I never came back to his office!

He is a wonderful doctor! He spent the time with me to make me understand my surgery and made me feel at ease. I'm glad I found him!!!
