I had a virtual consult with Dr. Douglas, and I felt very at ease with him. I’m impressed with his breadth of knowledge and kindness (and he’s a dog person, so what’s not to like?!). As it happens, he’s also a talented artist, able to draw realistic portraits of people. This is important because it means that he has the ability to clearly envision physical proportions and therefore beauty of a person, before proceeding… an important talent for someone in his line of work! His entire team is supportive and professional, too.

I found Dr Douglas soft spoken. While being very informative explaining every single detail. He may suggest, but leaves the decision up to the patient. Either decision is right for you. I will go back and recommend him highly.

Absolutely an incredible Doctor. Put me at ease and stitched up a big gash on my forehead from a fall. Very compassionate and caring. Highly recommend.

Dr. Douglas gave me a botch rhinoplasty and refuse to give revision. My nose is lopsided and crooked. I got 2nd opinion & other doc said I have a deviated septum and my graft is not supported. He doesn't see that he messed up my nose and didn't listen to my concerns or fix his error. It is so depressing & I need a refund. He is not experience in rhinoplasty.
