Dr. Leonette has helped me several times when my migraines have been at their worst. I've always been able to be seen the same day and been under care soon after arriving. The staff is always pleasant.

My experience with Dr. Leonette was very bad. He started off very nice. When I got into the exam room he told me he was going to do a test on my neck, as he proceeded, he pushed down on my neck really quickly, it hurt. He said that if I did not have something going on with my neck that it would not have hurt. That night I was in terrible pain with my neck. The next day I went to see him about my results with the X-rays he took, he said I had a case of whiplash, probley from the "test"he did with me. Here is where it gets worse... he took me into a room and sat with me to discuss my therapy options, he said it would take 12 weeks of therapy 3 times a week. When I told him I would discuss it with my husband he said "you are going to do this". I said I have to let my husband know to see if his insurance covers all of it, well dr.leonette got really upset and said here you go and threw the file in my lap and said in a loud voice " I'm not doing this half-assed!
And got up and left the room. I was stunned! I just walked out, told the receptionist bye, and did not return. I am going to try to get my records, hope they don't mysteriously disappear.
Beware is all I can say.

I drove 170 miles today for my scheduled appointment. I waited an hour. He was a no show and did not return my phone call. He is a competent chiropractor but lacks common courtesy .
