While the visit with Dr. Dorin was pleasant and professional, I can't say the same for the staff. The doctor asked me to call back if I had any questions regarding the prescription he wrote and my insurance providers' coverage for said drug. There was a problem, the drug wasn't covered and I called back less than an hour after my appointment to find out if there was an alternate drug he could prescribe or a sample to try. I was told by the woman who answered that she would relay my message to the doctor and someone would get back to me. A month passed without a return call. I called again on the 11th and again I was reassured with an apology that the message would be relayed and someone would get back to me. It is now the 20th and still no correspondence from Dr. Dorin or anyone in his office. Very disappointing.....
