In my open in this doctor has a panic disorder and he is very nervous and full of anger.whatever you do do not shake hands with him his hands are sweaty soaking wet. Now I know why he works for Kaiser. He probably tcouldn't even get a job at the free clinic

Dr Eslao is my Psychiatrist assigned to me by LA Care HMO. I consider myself very fortunate to be his patient. He is always very punctual and spends as much time as needed with me. He is extremely thorough and really listens and answers my questions. He is knowledgeable, polite, respectful and professional. It's too bad that all doctors can't be like this one.
