3 weeks ago I had my thyroid gland removed, I must say that Dr. Trookin and his staff are very knowledgeable and caring professionals. Dr. Trooskin called me the day before my surgery to see if I had any questions or concerns and after the surgery he came to the recovery room twice. I had no pain and was able to eat right away. you can't hardly see my scar.

Dr. Trooskin is a very knowledgeable and caring physician. He is thorough and very concerned about your understanding of the procedure. After the procedure he is very explicit about your follow up care. But his staff leaves you hanging. After getting my follow bloodwork, I never heard back from them. When I called, they said they never received the results, even though I used their forms. I had the results re-faxed, and have still not heard back.

Back in April of this year, my MD discovered I had high calcium and that I would need surgery to correct this. She gave me Dr. Trooskin's name and highly recommended him to perform my medical procedure. From start to finish, what anyone would fear, turned out to be a wonderful process. Dr. Trooskin and his staff are extremely professional and thorough. No stones are left unturned. You are mentally prepared to the point that you want the operation right there and then. Best part of my operation, NO PAIN! I filled my script for pain pills and have not taken one. Tylenol yes, but no Oxycodone needed here. A great surgeon never leaves a patient in pain, hence, Dr. Trooskin. To me there is no better doctor and now I can see why this gentle man is the Number One surgeon in New Jersey and the USA. God Bless you and thank you for leaving me healthy and pain free.

Dr. Trooskin did my thyroidectomy in 2013.From the very first visit he is an exceptional doctor and caring man, so glad I waited for him to perform my surgery. He was my God sent ! He will go around the world for you (some of you will know what I mean). From working in health care myself I know that Dr. Trooskin is a rare find you can see that from day one. And for those of you that worry about the scar don't, my scar is almost gone after a month. This surgeon has extraordinary skills. Thank you Dr. Troonski !

Skilled surgeon, did a great job with thyroidectomy. Ease at scheduling doesappointments is horrible. Wait time for appointments is two hours plus. Follow up care is pretty much nonexistent. He is extremely skilled at what he does, i just guess over the years the office care has just lost something.

I had one parathyroid removed a year ago and my scar is barely visible. Everything went exactly as planned. I would recommend him to anyone needing thyroid or parathyroid surgery. He and his staff are fantastic.

First rate. Kind, helpful, an excellent and hard working surgeon. I wish he could be cloned.
