Dr. Was ok but the problem is you could never see him always a PA. Staff was the worse I have encountered including medical asst. not only are they visisibly unhappy with their work , patients, Doctors etc on two occasions I had 2 different medical asst say how tired they were with the disorganization of the office. Dr was ok but if you have to go through nightmare staff its just not worth it.

I would never trust the staff , they are careless with records and take forever when you need paper work from them for medical needs. it maybe they don't want to deal wit old people because they need more help.

I switched over to Dr Riveron based on my 1st appt with another dr in office. Dr Riveron was thorough, paid attention, and seemed interested(listened and asked ME questions). He went over previous test results, and again took the time to explain everything clearly. He was not in a hurry nor did he make me feel rushed. Nice that after the dr left the room, a tech came back in to walk me out - nice touch vs just leaving someone in a room. Had to have blood work done, and the tech called with the results, and offered to call in prescriptions.

I was assigned this doctor. I am not impressed. He seems nervous and shakes his legs. He ask basic questions, does his jobs and leaves to his next patient. I didn't feel like I made a connection with him between patient and doctor to be impressed but the staff seems nice. They make you wait 10-15 minutes each time for everything.
