Dr. Kasten is very knowledgable and that is obvious when you talk to him. He was punctual as well. Although I felt as if I were being talked "down to" and I felt as though my questions were annoying to him and unimportant. Unfortunately, in this rural area there are not many OB/GYNs to choose from but I would travel the distance to see a physician who is respectful to me, we all deserve that. Overall ,I was not impressed with his practice or his bedside manner but I was with his knowledge base if you could actually pull answers out of him.

While Dr. Kasten may be a very knowledgeable physician, I felt his office staff left something to be desired. They are not the friendliest bunch of women. Wait time was average, never had to wait too long unless he had a delivery to attend to which is completely understandable. Dr. Kasten also always seemed annoyed and rushed if you asked him a question which was a bit frustrating.

Dr. Kasten and the staff are awesome. Dr. Kasten delivered both of my daughters..he has also been my gynecologist since I was a teen. He is very ethical, compassionate, sympathetic, and just has that special way of walking in the room and making you feel at ease and comfortable,and aware of everthing that is going on. He talks to you in terms that are easy for you to understand ..layman terms ..not techy doctor terms like so many I know.. I just absolutely love Dr. Kasten and all of his staff they are incredible.
