Dr. Earp is fantastic. My issue is the patient portal response times to messages are ridiculous. Every month I have to resquest my refills and it takes over a week for that to happen, so I am always out of my meds until the convenience of the office.

The issue in his practice is the front office resources, a group of unprofessional that present themselves above the paient.

I agree He is a very good Doctor. Takes time with the patient and explains everything.
His staff however is lazy and incompetent.. Getting referals from him and the staff never calling with the info. Also getting prescriptions called in can take forever. I don't think anyone communicates messages to the doctor. One time had to call four times in one day to get something taken care of.

His staff is beyond incompetent. They can't call in a prescription in a timely manner. When they do call it in three weeks later, they call in one that is no longer being taken. Another call about getting prescriptions called in. We were assured they would be sent in that day. Three days later and they still haven't called in the prescriptions that my husband is almost out of. Terrrible practice!

This office is beyond horrible. They won't return calls. They won't provide results. They do always have their hands out for more money though!

Excellent first visit with Dr Earp. He was very friendly, thorough, listened well, and he paid close attention to the things I showed concern for.

The staff is rude and inefficient. I haven't seen Dr. Earp in over a year. I see his PA's. He has WAY too many patients and you have to wait months to see him . You WILL wait in the waiting room and room for at 30 minutes. It's maddening!

Have been a patient for many years, Dr. Earp himself is excellent but for some reason they really struggle to find good staff. Getting a return phone call from his staff is impossible. If you are willing to deal with a horrible support staff Dr. Earp himself is a great guy , very knowledgeable and spends plenty of time explaining everything you need to know. The bad stars are for his support staff, he himself is 5 stars!

OFFICE IS ONLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY! If you won't let them copy your credit card on their copy machine to keep "on file", they don't want anything to do with you. Shame on them, don't they know that is not secure and banks have strict regulations about that?
