Dr. Franklin gives you all the time you need and answers any and every question thoroughly. He is a no nonsense, down-to-earth, relatable Doctor. He has even recommended some great books for me to read. Great sense of humor and smart, smart, smart.

Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate.. Listens well and gives good advice. Most staff is very good. Sometimes the wait is a little bit long, but I can understand that, because he does give full attention to the patients.
