Courteous, professional staff. Very pleased with Dr. Chalk as well. He took the time to explain procedure in detail...was not rushed. Provided time for any questions or concerns ..... He performed procedure efficiently and professionally....Kathy was very kind and empathetic as well. Would certainly recommend Dr Chalk for any Oral surgery needs. Would not hesitate to return for any future needs.
