She wasn't helpful at all. I had MRI's and she barely explained the test results. I had to look up what it all meant online. My first visit, she didn't even ask me about symptoms. She was only focused on one problem I had and there was no discussion if I had other symptoms with that problem.

She needs to go back to school, I think she missed classes of how to treat patients. She talks over you while asking questions. Dr. Jonathan Citow, world known could teach her.

Good luck getting any documentation from this Doctor in case you ever need it. Having my Attorney get my Medical records. Patient has a right to there Medical records and when they refuse is a HIPAA Violation.

I went to her because I've been to many Drs looking for answers. I was optimistic because I had read good reviews. But, I was disappointed. She did order tests, but was vague in her description of my issues. She made me feel like she didn't take my problems seriously. It's not the first time I've had issues with Drs. I have no faith in Drs anymore. It took my primary forever to send me to a specialist, and then I was deflated. I gave her two stars on knowledge because I don't know how much knowledge she has since she really didn't explain anything to me.

DOES NOT WATCH WHAT SHE GIVES YOU. 6 PILLS OVER DOSED TWICE AS MUCH TAKE AWAY 3 PILLS NOT OVERDOSED AT ALL ?????

Please if you have MS. DO NOT go see this doctor. She is EXTREMELY Vague in her answers. You the patient MUST be prepared with knowledge and any and all medical information questions. She WILL NOT pull up MRI's and actually show you where the problem is at. Just a pill pusher and does not explain any information, She seems rather lazy as a doctor. Just push you in and out, here ya go type. Is very defensive if questioned about what types of medications do what for MS. Please MS is difficult enough and so many unknown's but a doctor should be knowledgeable and take the time to explain. Her Nursing staff is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY UNSYMPATHETIC in their actions. I have Never Rated a Doctor before but feel I need to with this doctor. BEWARE!!!!

Dr. Mason was great! I've been having pretty harsh headaches for quite some time now, she was thorough with her exam. Super nice and office is very clean! I would definitely recommend her to anyone having neurological problems.
