She was very professional and knowledgeable about the the services provided. She made me and my family feel at ease and took the time to explain what was going on on all our apts with her. The costs were reasonable and it was easy to get the apt when we needed to. The staff is also very helpful in providing support and do their best to find the right product for you (they don't push unneeded services or products on you). Her office is very pleasant and the kids enjoy their visits with her.
