    Horrible experience and staff was awful. After 3 days of seeing her I went to Emergency with Kidney and staff. She showed up three days later, could not wait to get out of there. Dr.s on call said we can’t locate Dr Carr, prior.

    I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect, disregard, unprofessionalism or lack of care in my life by a medical professional or office staff like I have been by Ms Carr and UCND!! That includes the VA, who I have full benefits though and those people are despicable!! During my visit Ms Carr never once communicated, explained or provided me with any information or medical diagnosis in reference to my issue. All she has done is ordered more expensive out of pocket tests to rule out possible issues!! Seriously?! How about trying to find out what is instead? But of course therapy was needed according to her. However, she never communicated or explained why it was needed when I asked her. Ms Carr has ignored every email I’ve sent her through the patient portal and never returned a message I’ve left asking for help with my issue. Just had her nurse Karen call me instead. Guess Ms Carr was to busy, just doesn’t care about patient care or patient treatment! All I am is a dollar sign to her and that clinic! My personal and medical information has been released, by her to several outside vendors without my consent and specifically told not to during my visit, per email and the paperwork I filled out before my first visit. She has not responded to my emails or returned my calls to explain why she felt the need to violate my rights as a patient. But she did have her nurse Karen response to the emails sent directly to her! Thank you Ms Carr for the lack of care, communication and your unprofessional treatment as my medical provider! Your quality of care has been impeccable! I sincerely hope, and mean this, that you or one of your loved ones ever has to endure the level of unethical, unprofessional, no communication and pure lack of care you’ve shown me! Truly mean that!
    The staff at this location has been atrocious to say the least! A staff member by the name of Steffanie Rodriguez picked up while I was on hold trying to reach Ms Carr, (you guessed it, never spoke to the person that was suppose to be providing me care!) I asked Steffanie why she picked up the line? She informed me that while I was on hold her and other staff members were openly discussing my patient (for all to hear!) and felt the need to let me know that she handles all referrals in that office and my referrals were sent to the locations that I had requested per Ms Carr. I informed Steffanie that openly discussing my patient file with other staff members and for all to hear was a HIPPA violation. I wanted to know why she was accessing my medical file when I called to speak to Ms Carr? She couldn’t answer the question and became extremely abusive and hung up on me when I made it clear she had no reason to be in it. I called back, spoke to Karen, because you guessed it Ms Carr wouldn’t take the call! Informed Karen of the issue with Steffanie, the HIPAA violation and asked that Steffanie no longer be allowed to access my information until an investigation could be conducted into this. Stated would pass it along to Ms Carr and Lori. I also set a portal email to Ms Carr, filing a formal complaint, informing her of the violation and requesting Steffanie not be allowed to access my medical file. Obviously my concerns or care are being taken seriously at this clinic as Steffanie was in my medical file this morning and sent me an email that confirmed it!
    You can’t make this stuff up!! All I am to this clinic and Ms Carr is a dollar sign and that’s it!! Patient care, treatment or patient information protection is clearly not at the fore front for UCND!
    I call the CEO Jerri Wilson’s office and spoke to a Myra and informed her of these issues. Said she would inform Jerri of these issues out of the Rockwall clinic and would ask that she contact me to discuss. Unfortunately I’m not holding my breath for that call!! All I am is a dollar sign to this company and turning a profit! Patient care is their last concern!! If I don’t get a call and with an explanation as to why and how this has happened along with a resolution I’m satisfied with, I’m contacting HHS, TMB

    I was schuler for surgery at 6am in the morning She called me at 10:30 the night before to tell me the surgery was cancled because I had an infection. I had the test done 8 days prior to surgery and she discovered it the night before . I had already done the colon cleanse and reschule my life for the surgery. The horror goes on I didn’t have an infection reschuled with another Dr. I would not send my worse enemy to this Dr.

    Dr. Carr & her nurse Karen literally saved my life. Without any prior experience with me, only the information Dr. Lightfoot had been able relay in a brief phone call, Dr. Carr adjusted her schedule to perform an emergency procedure on me. The first time I met Dr. Carr in person I was in the Baylor-Garland ER, having received multiple doses of pain meds, & obviously scared. She immediately put my mind at ease & clearly explained what was & wasn't going to happen that day. She saved my life.

    She has canceled my wife's appointment two months in a row. They never set us up with an alternative appointment...we have to start over. I have no use for this doctor. My wife may have serious problems...but wre will never know...because this doctor keeps cancelling her appointments. I don't cancel my commitments...I honor them. I think this doctor might start honoring hers.

    Worst experience I've ever had at a doctor. Completely rude and not compassionate at all. Nurse was so rude. Sent me for expensive tests (CT and sono) and never gave me results. I had to get my PCP to give me a referral for another urologist. After telling others about my horrible experience, I learned that a few others in Rockwall have had the same experience there. My fault for not researching her before I went. Do not go to that office!
