had a root canal done and crown after. Didn't feel pain, dr very nice.

I had gone to another office in company and was told I needed a lot of work. I had doubt and and wanted second opinon and was referred to Dr Serano by a coworker who said she was honest. I am glad I went in! Turned out I didnt need half the work the other place told me. She was very good at showing me the xrays and what should be monitored but staying conservative. which I appreciated. Have since sent a lot of people here and all happy. thumbs up!

This doctor was amazing with all the treatment I had done. Didn't try to sell me anything extra, and was very honest and conservative. I have since sent family and coworkers over and everyone leaves pleased.

I had a lot of work done in this office and it was great. Very happy with my results and the Dr and staff made it easier. Great experience here.

They tell you to come 10 minutes earlier and you end up waiting for 30 minutes, and that's just to get in a chair! Then you may spend another 30 minutes before the dentist will actually see you. So it's an hour of waiting, very nice. The staff does not seem to be really interested in you, they act robotic and indifferent (which I can understand based on their salary, work environment etc. but with so much competition around don't bother and find someone else). Had a very bad experience.
