Dr. Foxson is amazing, I'd highly recommend him to anyone. His whole staff was so nice, and his office manager Molly was so helpful figuring out my appointment and insurance, she really went above and beyond for us. The office is beautiful and almost spa like. 5 stars!!

Dr. Foxson and his chair staff were awesome. My biggest issue is with his front office staff and office manager. My son had his wisdom teeth removed 11 months ago. We had insurance at the time and paid, what we were told, was the remaining balance on the day of service. I haven't heard from them since. Until yesterday when I received an Account Deliquent Notice saying I had a balance due. After speaking with 2 different people, and hearing 2 different explanations, they believe it is both right and ethical to require payment. After 11 months of no contact. I can't even write this amount off on my taxes because they waited so long to bill. I had a big problem with the desk staff when we first went there. If my son didn't need immediate attention, I would have gone elsewhere. Perhaps there was a reason my son could see him on such short notice. Beware on billing!

Wonderful experience with Dr. Foxson and his team at Naperville Oral Surgery. I would hands down recommend him to anyone in need of an oral surgeon. He removed my hardware from a previous jaw surgery with no issues and very minimal swelling or pain!

FOXSON IS FLAWLESS! After going through six consultations with various oral surgeons over the past several years, we ultimately decided on Dr. Joshua Foxson, who exceeded the expectations of this most particular parent. His brand-new office is state-of-the art impressive, and its calming atmosphere is further complemented by the caring staff of Amber, Mary, and Cheryl. What struck me most about this surgeon is his genuine curiosity evident in the way he listened to my son's concerns and addressed each question--patiently, respectfully, and thoroughly. Not only did this doctor demonstrate true compassion, but his skills in extraction and anesthesia are exceptional. My 22-year-old son had little bleeding, moderate pain, and absolutely NO FACIAL SWELLING after the removal of four fully-rooted wisdom teeth! How masterful does an oral surgeon have to be to accomplish that kind of miraculous result? We are extremely appreciative of his skills, demeanor, and follow-up. He even called our son that first night, and talked with him at length. We delayed having this procedure for five years, but now I am making appointments for both of my younger children to have Dr. Foxson remove their wisdom teeth this summer!!
