Very unprofessional! I wouldn't take my dog here. My daughter was the 1st patient. Her appointment was at 8 am. Dr. Patterson didn't show up until 10am. There is a lot more to it but trust me when I say that you should find someone else for your needs.

Dr. Patterson told me before I went under that she would only be removing my top 2 wisdom teeth. When I woke up, she had removed all 4. I still do not know why. Before my procedure, I was told I would be prescribed antibiotics and receive a follow-up call. I didn't; I had to go to the Emergency Room to get an antibiotic prescription. I called the after hours line 4 times and left 4 messages, because I was having a severe reaction to the anesthesia when I got home from the surgery. No one called me back until the following night. Then around a week later I was afraid I had dry sockets. I called the office and left a message, no reply. I called the after hours line and left a message, no reply. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a physician or dentist.

The absolute epitome of unprofessional - half hour process taking well over 2 and 1/2 hours total. They rescheduled an appt last minute, made us wait over an hour and a half when arriving, would not let my son's stepfather(legal guardian!!) sign for him(thereby requiring me to leave from someplace I needed to be, so I could come in and sign), said they would call back in 10 minutes for me to provide consent over the phone, but never did.... Should I keep going?
Didn't even receive an apology for the terrible service and miscommunications. Dr Patterson basically shrugged about it. Probably happens all the time?
Avoid at all costs. I've NEVER had to deal with a "professional" setting this horrid before.

On my 1st visit, I wasn't seen until over 2 hours past my appointment time. I had arrived 2 hours early. After my surgery (the extraction of all my teeth), I experienced severe pain & unusual growth of bony spicules throughout my mouth of which I received no pain relief from w/ the pain medication I'd been prescribed (for mild/moderate pain). Some were to be expected & have healed fine; others have been very large & out of the ordinary (which the doctor confirmed on my follow up visit a week later) & were severely painful for the first 2 weeks post-op. The 3rd week post-op I experienced moderate pain while still healing & finally the pain medication brings relief for this amount of pain. I'm in my 4th week post-op, out of meds & have been told the doctor refuses to refill pain medication for me (she "doesn't do that"). I feel I shouldn't be discriminated against but treated as an individual with an autoimmune disorder experiencing an unprecedented amount of pain & attempting to cope.
