Very polite and explained everything to me listen to what i had to say she was usually 5 minutes early never had to wait very long

Went to her three times. All three times waited over an hour for a 4 min appt. she didn't seems like she wanted to be there. Just annoying. Ill be getting a new doc soon!!

She's a great ob. She Answered All Of My questions and was very helpful and considerate of my concerns. The wait time sometimes were long but all the doctors are very overbooked in dickinson and she delivers a lot of babies. She's wonderful. I recomend her!

When I was pregnant, I went in for my first ultrasound and she told me I would probably miscarry but to be sure she would do another ultrasound the following week. Went in for the second ultrasound to confirm the miscarriage and after the ultrasound waited in the waiting room for 2 hours before she saw me! 2 hours sitting there waiting to see if I was going to have a miscarriage! I thought that was inconsiderate but then when I finally did see her it was a total of 2 minutes. She confirmed my fate and I broke down crying. She sat there explaining a D and C procedure and asked if I had questions. I was upset I couldn't think of questions so when I said no she left! No condolences, no explaining what my body would go through! The ER doctor explained more to me when i went to the hospital. I would NEVER in my life recommend her. The only good thing I will say is her nurse was absolutely amazing. It's a shame she has to work along side someone like that.

I thought Dr.McMacken was great!! So knowledgeable and she took plenty of time to answer all my annoying new mom questions. I was nervous and called the clinic multiple times to move up my appointments or come in to hear baby's heartbeat when I got really nervous. Dr.McMacken never made me feel bad about this and always made time to see me. Wait times sometimes got a little long but I would think that's due to people like me that she squeezes in or deliveries she rushes to at the hospital. Would recommend her in a heartbeat!!

I've moved a few times and have always dreaded having to find a new gynecologist, then one that I actually liked. FINALLY I found one that is willing to listen and take care of your needs. It's expected to wait on a doctor especially in Dickinson because of the crazy economy. If the lack of waiting is all, I'd rather wait for a doctor that will actually do a great job!

I waited 45min for her, 3 weeks in a row at the end of my pregnancy. My original Doctor, Nordeing had her baby and McMackin was the 'fill in' doctor. I can not stand her. She comes in and out so fast she doesn't give you time to ask questions. When you do ask questions she answers with 2 words and doesn't explain anything. I really wish I had known she was the fill in doctor, I would have switch to a different clinic at the beginning of my pregnancy. She is a worthless doctor. When checking my dialation, she went to leave without even telling me, It was just annoying how she wants to leave the room the second she gets there with no conversation.

Waited 45 min for a whopping two minutes of her time. Had several.concerns and was essentially told pregnancy sucks get used to it.

Dr. McMacken was AWESOME! After 7 years of infertility we were able to have a beautiful baby boy due to a procedure she performed. Very knowledgeable, friendly. As an OB nurse I have witnessed how considerate she is with her patients and their wishes. Would recommend her a 1000 times over.

I waited 45 min and she was out the door in under 4. Great nurse, the doc seemed to know nothing about me or why I was there. Totally un helpfull. Last time I'll see her.
